The Covid-19 pandemic is a test for the global health system and other systems. At the global level, the World Health Organization (WHO) notes that WHO is coordinating global laboratory surveillance of the COVID-19 variant modeled on the established Global Influenza Surveillance and Response System. The Baduy tribe lives in a protected forest area in Kenekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Province, Banten, Indonesia. The problem faced by the Head of the Baduy Tribe is a lack of knowledge of environmental isolation in the face of Covid-19 and the Endemic pandemic in a scientific manner.
